Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using any part of the Qytrae platform available at zepidio.pro. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
1. Definitions
Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- Platform refers to the Qytrae website, web application, and all associated services accessible at zepidio.pro.
- Company refers to Qytrae, the operator of the Platform.
- User refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the Platform.
- Account refers to the registered profile created by a User to access Platform features.
- Content refers to any text, audio, video, documents, materials, or other information made available through the Platform.
- Session refers to any live or recorded webinar, workshop, broadcast, or interactive event hosted through the Platform.
2. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
The Platform is intended for individuals seeking educational content related to business partnership and professional development. Use for any other primary purpose is subject to prior written approval from the Company.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Creating an Account
Certain features of the Platform require you to create an Account. When registering, you agree to provide truthful and complete information and to keep that information updated at all times.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify the Company immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. The Company is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your Account credentials.
3.3 One Account Per User
Each User may maintain only one Account. Creating duplicate or fraudulent accounts is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts.

You may use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Platform in a manner that does not:

5. Sessions and Educational Content
5.1 Access to Sessions
Access to specific Sessions may be subject to separate enrollment requirements, fees, or scheduling. The Company reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any Session at its discretion. Where possible, reasonable advance notice will be provided.
5.2 Recording and Redistribution
You may not record, reproduce, redistribute, broadcast, or publicly display any Session or Content from the Platform without explicit written permission from the Company. Unauthorized recording of live Sessions is strictly prohibited.
5.3 Accuracy of Content
The Company endeavors to provide accurate and up-to-date educational Content. However, the Platform does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or applicability of any Content to your specific circumstances. 6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Company Ownership

Certain Sessions or features may require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly displayed prior to purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorize the Company to charge the stated amount using your selected payment method.
7.2 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of purchase. The Company reserves the right to decline refund requests where access to Content or a Session has already been provided.
7.3 Price Changes
The Company may adjust pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect purchases already completed prior to the change taking effect.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall the Company's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform exceed the total amount paid by you to the Company in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 PLN, whichever is greater.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.
13. Termination
13.1 Termination by the Company
The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if the Company determines that your use poses a risk to the Platform, other Users, or the Company.
13.2 Termination by the User
You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting the Company at [email protected]. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid unless otherwise required.
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
14. Modifications to the Terms
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
15. Governing Principles
These Terms are intended to be interpreted in a fair and reasonable manner consistent with their plain meaning. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
