Live Webinars for Business Partnership

Qytrae delivers structured live broadcasts and interactive sessions focused on business partnership strategy. Each programme gives participants direct access to practitioners who work through real scenarios — including how to identify your business's true competitors — rather than theoretical frameworks.

What We Offer

Six service formats, each built around a specific phase of partnership development — from first contact to long-term collaboration management.

Live Partnership Broadcasts

Weekly live sessions covering current dynamics in business partnership — deal structuring, negotiation tactics, and market entry via alliances. Sessions run 90 minutes with a dedicated Q&A segment.

Competitor Mapping Workshops

Structured workshops that walk through how to identify your business's true competitors — distinguishing direct rivals from indirect substitutes and latent threats. Participants leave with a completed competitive landscape document.

Interactive Expert Panels

Panel discussions with three to five practitioners from different industries, exploring how partnership models differ across sectors. Attendees submit questions in advance and engage in moderated live discussion.

Strategy Deep-Dives

Single-topic sessions running two to three hours, examining one aspect of partnership strategy in depth — joint venture structuring, revenue-sharing models, or co-branding agreements. Case studies from actual deals are used throughout.

Peer Collaboration Rooms

Small-group sessions of eight to twelve participants, facilitated by a moderator, where attendees work through a shared business challenge together. The format is designed to produce actionable outputs, not just discussion.

On-Demand Session Library

Recorded sessions from the past 18 months, organised by topic and searchable by keyword. Subscribers can revisit specific segments, download presenter materials, and access supplementary reading lists.

38+ Countries reached

Participants from 38 countries have attended at least one Qytrae session. The platform operates in English and schedules sessions across three time zones to reduce attendance friction.

How a Typical Engagement Works

Most participants start with a single live broadcast before deciding which format fits their current situation. The process below reflects the standard path — though participants can enter at any stage depending on what they need.

01
Select a Topic

Browse the upcoming session calendar and filter by theme — competitor analysis, alliance negotiation, market entry, or governance structures.

02
Register and Prepare

After registration, participants receive a pre-session brief — a short document outlining the agenda, the presenter's background, and two or three preparation questions.

03
Attend Live

Join the broadcast from any device. The interactive tools — live polling, breakout questions, and the chat moderation queue — are available throughout the session.

04
Apply and Follow Up

Each session closes with a structured summary and a recommended next step. Participants can access the recording and supplementary materials within 24 hours.

The competitor mapping workshop changed how I approach market analysis for clients. The facilitator walked through a real case — a mid-size logistics firm — and the method was specific enough to apply directly the following week.
